Roger Scruton: 'Faking it' -Real vs. Fake Art

   If you are, like me, strongly on the side for real skillful representational art and are disgusted the falseness of modern art, then you will agree with what Roger Scruton has to say here on the subject. He was a speaker at the recent Representational Art Conference 2014.

   He enlarges on one aspect of the philosophy behind his popular documentary Why Beauty Matters-- a must watch and interesting and relevant to everyone. But the video below is 1.5 hours long.. Really very interesting even if you are not an artist though it is for an audience of painters. I found it incredibly interesting and true just like his audience did!
